What Does BMI Indicate?

If your BMI is below 18.5 you are considered to be underweight.
If your BMI is from 18.5 to 25, you have a healthy or normal weight.
If your BMI ranges from 25 to 30, you are considered overweight.
If your BMI is above 30, but below 35, you fall into obesity class 1 category.
If your BMI is from 35-40, you are in the category of obesity class 2.
If your BMI is above 40, you are morbidly obese.
