Tomato Blast Recipe


3 large tomatoes
1/2 lemon
1 medium carrot
1 medium cucumber
A handful of cilantro (optional)


1. Cut off leafy end of carrot
2. Wash all produce
3. Peel the lemon (optional)
4. Remove stems from tomatoes, and cut into sizes to fit the juicer
5. Peel off the skin of any non-organic carrot and cucumber
6. Juice everything


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
