Refreshing Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients
1 large pineapple slice (about 1 cup or 1/6 of a whole pineapple)
2 cucumbers
1 zucchini
4-5 mint leaves

1. Cut off stem of zucchini
2. Wash all produce
3. Remove rind from pineapple and cut up pineapple in slices
4. Peel off the skin of any non-organic cucumbers and zucchini
5. Juice everything except the mint
6. Garnish with mint leaves
