Refreshing Cranberry Recipe


1 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries
1 orange
1 lemon
3 celery stalks
1 medium cucumber


1. Wash all produce
2. Peel the orange
3. Peel the lemon (optional)
4. Peel off the skin of any non-organic cucumber
5. Juice everything


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
