Red Cabbage Juice Recipe


1/2 small red cabbage
1 green onion (scallion)
1 medium tomato
2 cucumbers
1/2 lemon


1. Wash all produce
2. Peel the lemon (optional)
3. Remove stem from tomato, and cut into sizes to fit the juicer
4. Peel off the skin of any non-organic cucumbers
5. Juice everything


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
