Pineapple Mint Recipe


1 large pineapple slice (about 1 cup or 1/6 of a whole pineapple)
1 medium carrot
2 medium cucumbers
10 spinach leaves
A handful of mint


1. Cut off leafy end of carrot
2. Wash all produce
3. Remove rind from pineapple and cut pineapple in slices
4. Peel off the skin of any non-organic cucumbers and carrot
5. Juice everything except the mint
6. Put mint in cup and pour juice over mint. Mix and enjoy.


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
