Minty Bok Choy Recipe


8 medium bok choy heads
1/2 small pear
3 celery stalks
8 lettuce leaves
1 cucumber
A handful of mint


1. Wash all produce
2. Cut pear in half and remove core
3. Peel the skin off any non-organic cucumber
4. Juice everything


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
