Lemony Brocco-Parsley Recipe


1/2 small broccoli crown with stem
1 bunch parsley
2 medium carrots
1 medium zucchini
1 lemon


1. Cut off leafy ends of carrots
2. Cut off stem of zucchini
3. Wash all produce
4. Peel the lemon (optional)
5. Peel off the skin of any non-organic carrots and zucchini
6. Juice everything


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
