Juiced Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes
1/4 small purple onion
1/2 medium cucumber
1 sweet red bell pepper
2 celery stalks
1 handful of fresh parsley & a small amount of fresh chives
1/2 lemon & 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Stevia to taste & salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste

Instructions

1. Wash all produce
2. Peel the lemon (optional)
3. Remove stems from tomatoes, and cut to fit the juicer
4. Peel off the skin of any non-organic cucumber
5. Remove stem from red pepper and cut to fit the juicer
6. Juice everything but oil, stevia, salt, pepper and Tabasco
7. Add oil, stevia, salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste

Servings

Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
