Herby Tomato Juice Recipe


1 bunch of parsley
1 handful of basil
2 medium tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 teaspoon of olive oil


1. Wash all produce
2. Remove stems from tomatoes, and cut into sizes to fit the juicer
3. Peel off the skin of any non-organic cucumber
4. Juice everything
5. Mix in the olive oil


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
