Golden Pepper Recipe


2 yellow peppers
1/2 large pineapple slice (about 1/2 cup or 1/12 of a whole pineapple)
2 medium cucumbers
1 small piece of ginger


1. Wash all produce
2. Remove rind from pineapple and cut up pineapple in slices
3. Remove stem from yellow peppers and cut to fit the juicer
4. Peel off the skin of any non-organic cucumbers
5. Juice everything


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
