Another thing to keep in mind is that all of them are probably grown and picked in China, and may contain pesticides.

If you take any blood-thinner drugs (called anticoagulant drugs), you should not consume goji berries, since they may interact with the medication.

Should You Consume Goji Berries?

Goji berries seem to have some great beneficial properties, and it may help you with your health and/or weight loss. If you are curious, start with a small quantity and watch your reaction. It is probably better to avoid dried goji berries and stick with the juice, frozen berries, or supplements. If you have even a slight negative reaction, stop consuming them right away.
