Dandelion Greens Juice Recipe


4 cups dandelion greens
2 medium carrots
1/2 small green apple
1 medium cucumber
1 lemon


1. Cut off leafy ends of carrots
2. Wash all produce
3. Peel the lemon (optional)
4. Cut apple in half and remove core
5. Peel off the skin of any non-organic carrots, apple and cucumber
6. Juice everything


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
