Carroty Brussels Recipe


8 brussels sprouts
1 cucumber
3 medium carrots
1/2 lime


1. Cut off leafy ends of carrots
2. Wash all produce
3. Peel the lime (optional)
4. Peel off the skin of any non-organic cucumber and carrots
5. Juice everything


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
