Carrot-Ginger-Apple Kick Recipe

Ingredients

2 medium carrots
1 small green apple
1 small piece of ginger
2 medium zucchini

Instructions

1. Cut off leafy ends of carrots
2. Cut off stems of zucchini
3. Wash all produce
4. Cut apple in half and remove core on each side
5. Peel off the skin of any non-organic carrots, zucchini and apple
6. Juice everything

Servings

Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
