Carrot-Fennel Juice Recipe


1 fennel bulb
2 medium carrots
1 orange bell pepper
1 small piece of ginger


1. Cut off leafy ends of carrots
2. Wash all produce
3. Cut the fennel bulb to fit the juicer
4. Remove stem from orange pepper and cut to fit the juicer
5. Peel off the skin of any non-organic carrots
6. Juice everything


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
