Ingredients
1 medium beet
2 medium carrots
1/2 lemon
2 cucumbers

1. Cut off leafy ends of carrots
2. Cut apart the beet greens from the beetroot
3. Wash all produce
4. Peel the lemon (optional)
5. Cut off ends of beetroot
6. Peel the beetroot
7. Peel off the skin of any non-organic carrots and cucumbers
8. Juice everything including the beet greens
