Cabbage for Your Tummy Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 head of cabbage
2 medium cucumbers
1 small green apple
1 lemon

Instructions

1. Wash all produce
2. Peel the lemon (optional)
3. Cut apple in half and remove core on each side
4. Peel off the skin of any non-organic cucumbers and apple
5. Juice everything

Servings

Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
