Brocco-Carrots Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 small broccoli crowns with stem
• 2 medium carrots
• 1 zucchini

Instructions

1. Cut off leafy ends of carrots
2. Cut off stem of zucchini
3. Wash all produce
4. Peel off the skin of any non-organic carrots and zucchini
5. Juice everything

Servings

Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
