Beet Oil Juice Recipe


2 beets with beet greens
6 celery stalks
1 medium zucchini
1 lime
1 tsp olive oil (mix in oil after juicing)


1. Cut off stem of zucchini
2. Cut apart the beet greens from the beetroots
3. Wash all produce
4. Cut off ends of beetroots
5. Peel the beetroots
6. Peel off the skin of any non-organic zucchini
7. Juice everything
8. Mix in olive oil


Makes 16 ounces (2 cups)
