The 3 Week Diet is a diet program created by Brian Flatt, that claims you can lose 12 to 23 pounds in 21 days.

One major thinking behind the 3 Week Diet is that, for a diet to be ultra successful, it must produce results fast, otherwise people won’t stick to it. The idea is, if you see results early on, you are more likely to stick with the diet and accomplish even more weight loss.

Another reason for 3 weeks, is that research has shown it takes about 21 days to develop a new habit. The goal of the 3 Week Diet is, after sticking for 3 weeks, you will have formed a new habit that comes natural to you; something you do even without thinking.

The material is quite comprehensive and is comprised of the following 4 parts:

  • General information on how the body can lose weight
  • Diet
  • Exercise
  • Willpower, Motivation and Mindset

The 3 Week Diet

General Information

The material will start off with educational information that helps you understand the 3 Week Diet method better. You will learn about the body, how the body gains/loses weight, nutrients, and the golden rules of fat loss that have been incorporated into the 3 Week Diet program.

Specifically, for example, some of the interesting topics explained in this section are:

  • How to achieve fat mobilization, which is essential for weight loss according to the program
  • How to reduce calories the right way, as opposed to the wrong way, in order to make your diet successful
  • Super foods and their benefits to fat loss

Diet

The diet consists of 4 phases over 21 days, and it claims people are likely to see dramatic weight loss in their first week, up to 10 pounds.

You will have a specific list of allowed foods and preparation methods for each phase, as well as specific instructions for each day; for example for Day 1, 2, 3 and so on.

The instructions are pretty easy to follow and consistent with the approach explained in the first section.

Exercise

While the primary focus of the 3 Week Diet is the diet (what you eat), exercise is an essential component that is supposed to go hand in hand with the diet.

The good news is, the 3 Week Diet does not require you to run hours on the treadmill every day!

If you are ok walking around your neighborhood, have some space in your home, and are able to buy some simple equipment, you can do the exercises without going to the gym.

The material gives very specific instructions on work out movements and schedules, which are all pretty easy, and can easily be learned by beginners.

Willpower, Motivation and Mindset

The diet program covers some neat tricks you can use to keep yourself motivated and on track with your 3 Week Diet.

The Final Chapter – Advanced Body Sculpting System is intended to provide exercises to further advance fat loss, muscle toning, and body sculpting. The Fatloss Cookbook contains over 100 recipes that will help add variety to your meals during and after the diet. Each recipe is supposed to be healthy, and also indicates the Difficulty level and has an image of the meal/snack. Some of the delicious sounding recipes are Apricot Chicken with Chickpeas and Sweet Potato, Roast Beef, Arugula, Parmesan Sandwich, and White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake.
